Bill Payment Options

The Village of Harristown offers a variety of convenient payment options for our residents. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

Online Bill Payment 

The Village offers two ways to pay online.

Municipay - Pay using Credit/Debit card, pay over the phone or in person, $3 fee minimum

If paying by credit or Debit just click the green "Pay Your Bill Now" button.  If you are new to the system click on the "Set Up Online Access" link to create your login and password.  You will need your account number and CID Number, both are located at the top right hand corner of your bill.

1tech - Pay directly from your bank account, schedule payments, setup Autopay, FREE to use

If paying directly from your bank account just click the blue "Pay Your Bill Now" button. Two options are available; Quick Pay (no registration or login required) or Create an account & Login. You will need your account number located at the top right hand corner of your bill and service address.

Payment By Mail

Please mail payment to 185 N. Kembark St., Decatur, IL 62522. If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.

Payment Drop-off Location

You may pay your bill in person at our office located at 185 N Kembark Stret, Decatur, IL 62522. We accept cash, check, card or money orders.
